Technical requirements

Depending on the installation of the software, the solution requieres technical requierements : Three installation possibilities exists :

  • Installation on mutualised cloud server
  • Installation on dedicated cloud server
  • Installation on proprietary server

Installation on proprietary server :​

WARNING, The server should be running on a Linux distribution
WARNING, SESAHUB cannot be install if DOCKER does not exist on your server

  • Regardless of operating system

    • Memory: 32 GB (expandable if insufficient during operation)
    • Disk space required for installation: 1 GB
    • Database: MySQL
    • Certificate: SSL Let's Encrypt
    • Docker

  • Linux server :​

    • Pre-installation of Docker, Crontab, Nano
    • A dedicated server, different from the proprietary server, on which back-ups will be carried out over 5 rolling days. SESA SYSTEMS can provide you with a secure back-up server solution.
    • For the internet only
    • Apache, Let's Encrypt
    • A dedicated domain name linked to the server's IP address
    • SSH service activated on the server

  • Windows server​

    • Pre-Installation of Docker for Windows Server
    • Here are the installation requirements for installing Docker on a Windows server:
    • Backend WSL 2 Windows 11 64-bit: Home or Pro 21H2 or higher, or Enterprise or Education 21H2 or higher.
    • Windows 10 64-bit: Home or Pro 21H1 (version 19043) or higher, or Business or Education 20H2 (version 19042) or higher.
    • Activate the WSL 2 function in Windows.
    • For detailed instructions, please refer to the Microsoft documentation.
    • The following hardware requirements are needed to run WSL 2 successfully on Windows 10 or Windows 11: 64-bit processor
    • On the Windows server, you will have an IP address to connect to SesaHub. If the application is not online, no SSL certificate is required.
    • A dedicated server on which backups will be made. SESA SYSTEMS can provide you with a secure online backup server.

  • Mutualised cloud server​

    • A dedicated domain name system on which the SESAHUB team can connect to the IP of the shared cloud server.
    • Maintenance of the shared cloud server is handled by SesaHub.

  • Dedicated cloud server​

    • A dedicated domain name system on which the SesaHub team can connect to the IP of the shared cloud server.
    • Maintenance of the shared cloud server is handled by SesaHub.
